Every 3 years the Stanly County Health Department and Atrium Health-Stanly conduct a community health assessment. A major part is a public opinion survey about community health issues open from March 1-29. Your voice is needed to represent the people who live and work in Stanly County.
Topics Include: Housing, Transportation, Healthcare, Childcare, Mental Health, and more
All surveys are anonymous and voluntary.
